Our ideal candidate will have an element of transferable experience in an administrative setting and be part way through their law degree. The working week could be anywhere between 3-5 days. Accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for supporting our legal team and ensuring that documents are prepared in a timely manner.

Our wish list is below, but don’t worry if you are still growing in some areas – we are committed to developing our people. We are most interested in your strengths, your ambitions, the contributions you can make to our team and where you want to take your career.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

Mailing out documents.
Other general administrative tasks as required.
Role requirements

As this is a junior role, we recognise you may not have prior experience. What is more important to us is your high level of attention to detail, motivation and commitment to learn.

In addition, you will have:

Outstanding time management and a strong commitment to consistency.
A natural inclination for taking initiative.
A self-starter but also thrives in a collaborative work environment.
Confidence in building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite, as well as a natural flair for technology.
