The Job:

HOYTS are looking for a natural leader to be our next Assistant Manager! In this role you will be the 2IC to the Location Manager, so its big shoes to fill. As part of the Cinema Operations Department you will help with ad-hoc tasks in ensuring the smooth running the cinema. While no two days are the same, your duties will include:

Instructing and inciting passion into our staff members
Driving guest experience and customer satisfaction
Assisting with the general cinema operations
Working closely with the Location Manager to drive the business forward
About You:

We are looking for an experienced leader who is team focused and results orientated. You will lead by example; be team focused and have a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences. This role is very fast paced and needs a professional who can work under pressure. We are looking for:

2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
An innovative thinker with a can-do attitude to drive the business forward
A highly motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised
Excellent communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholders
Availability:

HOYTS is available to its guests every day of the year including weekends, holidays, late nights and anytime people want to escape from their world and join ours. As the leader of the management team, you will work when the action is at its peak so not to miss the excitement!
