You will be the beating heart of the business, driving qualified traffic, leads, and sales digitally by establishing the company as the No. 1 authority in the swimming pool industry.
As the company storyteller, you'll love writing, video creation, and communication in all forms, possessing a journalist’s curious mindset and an obsession with content performance, management, and analytics.
About the Role:
Own the content strategy that allows for consistent publication of content that drives revenue and significantly impacts sales.
Work closely with the sales team to identify content topics and develop an editorial calendar.
Publicise three or more new pieces of content weekly, including text (blog articles), video, or audio (podcasts).
Interview internal subject matter experts for content creation.
Create internal marketing materials as required.
Rely on content analytics and reporting to inform decisions. (GA4)
Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts for the website and content.
Manage social media for community engagement and long-term content promotion.
Produce premium content, including eBooks, white papers, and webinars.
Oversee company email marketing efforts, including newsletters and automated workflows.
Create landing pages and conversion opportunities for lead generation.
Perform general website updates and enhancements.
Manage editorial schedules and deadlines within corporate and ongoing campaigns.
Desired Skills and Experience:
An obsession for content creation, performance, reporting, and analytics, with a deep understanding of the customer.
Extensive experience in content marketing, with clear examples of delivering exceptional outcomes with written and video content.
A marketing and publishing mindset, with a customer-first mentality.
Exceptional writing and editorial skills, and a love for storytelling using words, images, or audio to captivate an audience.
Passion for new technology tools, and experience using these tools in your blogs and social media outreach.
Strong project management skills, highly organized, and goal oriented.
Familiarity with marketing principles.
Outstanding people skills.
