The Opportunity
Are you an experienced property paralegal with a passion for your work? Considered a dynamic and reputable law firm, McInnes Wilson Lawyers is on the lookout for a high-calibre Property Paralegal to join their Real Estate & Projects team based in Brisbane, assisting with large scale residential developments, and residential sale and purchase matters. As an important member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and high-profile matters and work directly with a Principal.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of large “off the plan” residential developments, with supervision from Principal and senior lawyers;
Liaising with developers and agents in relation to preparation of sale contracts;
A-Z file management of conveyancing matters, acting for developers, Buyers and Sellers
All forms of client correspondence;
Liaising with clients, both internal and external and service providers;
Role requirements
Experience in “off-the-plan” contracts and managing large-scale developments;
Minimum 3-4 years’ previous experience in a conveyancing paralegal role;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Familiar with PEXA and PEXA projects;
A high level of motivation and enthusiasm;
A high level of focus and attention to detail;
A team player attitude; and
Strong organisation skills, together with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities simultaneously.
