This role is part of a pool of marketing and communications professionals that will support the Agency work plan projects for this financial year. The pool will provide flexible and responsive communication and marketing services to various project teams, ensuring that the Agency's messages are consistent, accurate and aligned with its strategic objectives and stakeholder needs. The pool will also contribute to building the Agency's reputation and profile as a leader in digital health innovation.
As a Senior Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, collaborating closely with our teams to create compelling and consistent content across various channels.


Key Responsibilities:


* Write brand new content from provided briefs, ensuring it aligns with our brand's tone and style.
* Edit content supplied by subject matter experts to enhance its clarity, coherence, and alignment with our audience's needs and style guidelines.
* Develop content guidelines to maintain consistency across all communication channels including SEO best practices.
* Collaborate with teams to create engaging content for the website and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Content Management System (CMS) and optimal user experience as well as SEO optimisation.
* Work with designers to incorporate text into desktop-published documents, maintaining visual and textual harmony.
* Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality.
* Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback to improve content.
* Proofread and fact-check content to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
* Assist in developing and maintaining our brand's content strategy to drive engagement and conversions.
* Proofread and fact-check long, short and web content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to industry standards.

* Take a leadership role in maintaining the consistency and quality of written content, aligning with brand guidelines.
* Accountable for ensuring that all written content is of the highest quality and meets brand standards.
* Lead efforts to enhance content quality and uphold consistent high standards.
* Act as a brand ambassador for written content, ensuring it resonates with the audience and maintains quality.
* Collaborate with teams to deliver consistently high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice and standards.
* Provide expertise and technical knowledge in specialist area across a range of programs or activities for the agency.
* Provide accurate and specialised advice including anticipating problems and contributing to issues management.
* Ensure knowledge of and compliance with legislative, financial and administrative frameworks, government decision-making processes and agency guidelines and regulations.
* Contribute to the development of team objectives for short term tasks and strategic planning for longer-term initiatives.
