Chisholm's Student Enquiry and Enrolment Department is seeking a Student Enquiry and Enrolment Officer to join the department. Fixed term contract until 31 December 2025.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Student Enrolment Officer is accountable for the provision of customer focused enrolment services to meet customer needs and enhance Chisholm’s business. This role interacts directly with customers and students in a professional manner to provide information and assistance.

Key Accountabilities include:

Contact students and provide advice regarding general requests such as advice on fees, documentation, and eligibility requirements
Prepare all enrolment documentation in advance to ensure all templates are accurate and compliant.
Provide engagement session support, ensuring enrolment compliance and efficient administration
Attend Information Sessions, Enrolment Centres and manning Campus Front Desks to process student enrolments utilising appropriate systems and processes
Complete all enrolment documentation and Student Record information as required
Participate in planning for peak period enrolment activity
Provide excellent customer service via phone, face-to-face, email and webchat to both internal and external customers with general enquiries such as certificate collection, parking permits, general directions

ABOUT YOU

You will have qualifications, skills, and experience in:

A relevant qualification at a minimum of post-secondary level or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated customer service orientation
Previous administration experience in complex environments
Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with data management systems
Excellent interpersonal skills, in particular strong communication capability and active listening
High level of attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and proactively manage customers
Effective self-management skills including the ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and organise work
